Shipping is included with every jewelry order. If I receive your order by noon, I can usually ship the same day.
We ship insured using the U.S. Postal Service's Priority Mail service, so you will receive your items generally within 3 or 4 days.
International Orders: If you are ordering from a country other than the United States, we will calculate the shipping and insurance based on applicable costs to ship to your country and send a confirming e-mail requesting your approval. Any applicable import fees and/or taxes will be your responsibility.
Only very rarely will I make two identical pieces of jewelry. This items on this web site will change often as pieces are sold and new pieces are added. If you see something you like, you would be wise to purchase it right away! All the items on this web site are also on display in our Art Gallery here at Casitas de Gila Guesthouses and many pieces are sold to our guests.
All jewelry is guaranteed to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials on delivery. Should the jewelry fail, and examination reveals it was due to negligence on our part, I will repair or replace the item at no additional cost, or, if preferred, give a full refund.
If a piece breaks (for example, because it got caught on something), collect all the pieces and return them to me and I will fix it for you. A charge may be incurred for this repair to cover return postage and any components needed to repair the piece.
Jewelry may be exchanged for credit only, within 30 days of purchase. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges of custom orders or items that have been adjusted will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
